Lost ~200 stacks black excelsiar pieces on 2 alts

as title say, before downtime had ~190-200 stacks of them but when today logged in than bags was empty. Char names AB1, AB2.

As happened on every single items that got lost in every single game crash or restart or anything, I'm 99.9% sure that no items will be restored.There is yet no case of any restored item due to server issues, nor of a player NPCing .Thought live, but live with it.I myself lost a lot of items on game crashes and accidentally NPCings too >,>

i lost 2 umt's full with +4 ore? so what? start mining again. and ul get some again. and yeah. alot of money wasted. but cant help of the server goes down cant we?..

its just go back to what u where doing and continue the fight =)

after the long server down time i logged in and lost my wind intens lvl 30 knife ... its only a wind weapon but just wanted to say

I lost mine too, lvl 30 WI +4 iggy.

Thing is that 10 bags full with items cant be lost during trade + server crash.

P.S. Its rly different case about GUMT because items wasn't on your char.

Just got info, burrfoot also lost all black excelsior pieces so something was done wrong. Plz solve it.

Hmmm, i have same issue 10 stacks of Red and 10 stacks or Black excelsior pieces gone from bags.
