When I was GM and active, I would be telling people to use ENGLISH every 10 minutes.

Sometimes I'd ask nicely. Sometimes I wouldn't. Sometimes I'd kick people who weren't speaking English to see if they'd get it then.

But they don't.

Here's a thought, if anyone is wanting something, and can't speak in English, ignore them. They'll learn soon enough, if they want an answer badly enough.

Its sad when ppl speak other language on race/all chats, u feel excluded, but i dont know how it works in ur country guys, but here the English they teach in school is far from "i can speak, read or understand", I mean, if we want to learn english, we gotta pay a school just to learn english, and guess what? most ppl here dont speak english at all, its like rare if compared to everyone... maybe it happens around ur places too, who knows ^^. Idk if u ever heard of it, but my country has the global reputation of big social difference, political corruption and bad education support =b. I just cant forget when I used to play RF Global server, and I met many brasilian ppl that didnt know nothin about english, they usually had to ask me "what is he saying, how do I say" lol... it was like "what the ¨&*$ are u doing here?" =]

almost every1 know how to speak English here ,but they just dont like to use it XD
