As a present to the whole server I decided to get this update out for everyone to enjoy. Also the EXP has been boosted and will stay boosted until at least Jan. 1st.

New Patch:
Download the patch from just ONE of the links below and extract this patch into your RF Novus Client and make sure you over-write all of the old files.

List of changes in this update:

100% exp pills have been added to Rare supply trader for 2k gold
Warehouse Expansion Capsules have been added to Rare supply trader for 25 million race currency(this item expands your banker storage by one page)
1500 FP and 800 SP Potions have been added to HQ Alchemist/Mechanic
EXP for level 60+ has been increased by a large amount to make up for lack of higher level mobs
Halostone PIECES have been added at a low rate to HQ pbs and all Elan pbs
Herodian Chips have been added at a low rate to all Elan pbs
COMPLETE Halostones have been added to the 4 Elven pbs
Elven pbs attack power and regen has been greatly reduced so that they are possible to kill (will still require many people and probably some level 60s)
Attack power and regen of the Sealed pbs in the dimensions has been greatly reduced (will probably require level 60s and some level 65s to kill still)
Crimson weapons have been increased in attack power slightly and made into level 60 requirement(was 55)
Dragon set armors have been added to Elven pbs with a low drop rate(we may change the way you can get Dragon set in future)**BTW thanks to Majketu for fixing the Dragon set on our client**
All color Excelsior pieces have been added at a high rate to Kurs/Currs(VC), Naroom Patrol(OC), and Elven Summoners(Elven Land) **this should help specs or anyone else that is in need of excelsiors**
Catapults range slightly increased, but not back to where it was at start of 2.2.3(half way between the original nerfed range and the bugged 2.2.3 range)
Hora DH now give 2x more exp and also gives 2.5k PvP points(DH rewards will be edited more later on)

What will be coming very soon:

Adventure's constrict will be increased to 20 seconds
Some ammo's will be increased in size(more ammo per clip) and possibly adding some different ammo at different NPCs
working on modding Dementors skill, but so far no luck D:
DH rewards will be tested and changed a bit
Will add 7k HP pots for a test run, we will try them for 1 week and let everyone vote on it whether or not we should keep them or get rid of them
We will add halostone pieces to Settlement PBs
We will turn HQ/Settlement PBs into higher level pbs that drop higher level items, will also make elan pbs drop 55 items instead of 50
I think some other things that I can not think of atm

With this update(and some hard work on your part) you will now be able to combine many of the items from THIS THREAD. Make sure you DL the patch so that you are not missing any of the files!!
